Named after the 11th-century chapel on this estate; La Chapelle. A blend of the three musketeers; Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah. Mouth-watering, seductive, and pure Provence rosé. Just like its smaller sister Les Platanes, this is summer in a glass!

DESCRIPTION

Almost all of La Gayolle's vineyards benefit from the specific environmental factors and what we beautifully call "terroir" in the wine world. Vineyards at over 200 meters altitude, Mediterranean conditions, sufficient groundwater due to the proximity of the river, and, of course, the hand of winemaker Nicolas. All the ingredients for a beautiful rosé.

This blend contains 40% Grenache, 38% Cinsault, and 22% Syrah. Vines over 35 years old and the limestone-rich soil create a fine balance between fruit and freshness. A long finish to hold onto that summer feeling.

Serve with Asian-spiced dishes. Fresh Mediterranean fish or simply on its own on the terrace.
