COSTS

Delivery is free (within the Netherlands) for orders over €75. In all other cases, you pay €7.95 in shipping costs.

Pickup in stores is possible. We recommend calling ahead to check the availability of your desired wine.

DISPATCH

If you order before 12 noon, your package will be delivered to you the next day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If your wine order is more urgent, please contact us. We'll see if we can arrange a faster service for you (provided the wines are in stock).

Bilderdijk Wijnhuys collaborates with DPD/vinologix, a specialist in wine delivery.

After we've registered your order, it will be picked up. You'll receive an email within a few hours to let you know when it will be delivered.

If you're not home to receive your order and delivery to your neighbors isn't possible, we'll do our very best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

After the first delivery attempt, DPD will deliver your parcel to the nearest Pickup parcel shop. With over 1,500 Pickup parcel shops in the Benelux, there's always one near you.

The not-at-home notice left for you by the driver will tell you where you can collect your parcel.

OUT OF STOCK

While we do our utmost to maintain accurate stock levels, a bottle may occasionally be unavailable. We will arrange a later delivery or refund the amount of the wine not in stock.

RETURN REQUEST

If you don't like any of the wines, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please return the wine in its original packaging, prepaid, via PostNL.

Our returns address is: Bilderdijk Wijnhuys, Bilderdijkstraat 59HS, 1053KL, Amsterdam.
After return, the wines will be checked and refunded.
