The grapes come from selected vineyards in the Languedoc, between Narbonne and Limoux. The grapes macerate together with the skins at a low temperature. Subsequently, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 20 degrees. The wine then ages in oak barrels, half of which are new.
Nice if you like a light woody note in the wine; vanilla, something smoky, and a beautiful balance between white and stone fruit.
