DESCRIPTION

Hand-picked grapes, 40-year-old vines, and around 4 months of aging in French oak barrels. This is the more serious sibling to this winery's Garnacha. The aroma and taste feature "jammy" fruit with some influences from the wood; smoky and sweet spices. Despite the robust alcohol content, the wine comes across as fresh thanks to its beautiful acidity!

Serve this powerhouse with barbecue, steak, spicy stews, or Manchego.
