This "fieldblend," in which different grapes from different vineyards and vintages are used every year, is a unique composition.
Ripe black fruit from the warmth of the region, fine acidity from the altitude of the vineyards, and light secondary notes from aging in wood. This wine has it all and yet manages to remain elegant.
It remains a gamble which grapes you are actually tasting, but this certainly increases the tasting fun!
