DESCRIPTION

Wine made from 100% Verdejo and organically produced. The vineyards are situated well above 750 meters, and you can taste it! Riper than its sister from Rueda and also a bit more body. But still with that typical aromatic character.

The wine undergoes several months of aging “sobre lias”, which is called “sur lie” in France. This aging on the lees (in stainless steel tanks) provides slightly more complexity but, above all, a somewhat rounder character. Full and fruity on the palate with a pleasantly fine freshness.

Delicious as an aperitif and versatile. Serve with a summer lunch, paella, or lightly spiced starters.
