For this wine, only grapes from old, low-yielding vineyards are selected. The harvest is carefully carried out in small 100 kg crates to optimally preserve the quality of the fruit. Thanks to a strict selection of the best grapes from each vintage, a wine with great concentration and character is created. The indigenous Garnacha Tintorera grape gives the wine its deep color, juicy structure, and distinct Mediterranean flavor.
The vinification is done according to the method of carbonic maceration, resulting in a young, fruity, and immediately accessible wine. Fermentation takes place with whole grapes at controlled temperatures, followed by further aging in concrete tanks to maintain freshness and pure fruit.
In the glass, you'll find dark fruit and soft tannins with a long, fruity finish. Delicious lightly chilled as an aperitif or with tapas, grilled meat, and spicy Mediterranean dishes.
Wines from DO Almansa are known for their intense fruit, warm character, and excellent value for money.
